You can return any product within 7 days of receipt of your order
as long as the container or box is unopened and the item is returned in
good, resalable condition. All we ask is that you tell us why you are
dissatisfied so that we can make any necessary changes to avoid future
If items are returned to us because they could not be delivered we will try to contact you to arrange re-delivery. If this is not possible we will refund the value of your purchase, less a 20% re-stocking charge.

As a small company we are able to offer 30 day account facilities subject to status. Before account facilities are established we operate strictly on payment with invoice and offer a further discount for early payment. Minimum wholesale order £150.00.
