This page explains the general terms and conditions you are agreeing to when you use the Infusion Oil web site. (“the site”) or make a purchase from the Infusion eShop. Please take time to read these points carefully:

1. SCOPE OF SITE 
The information and products on the site are directed solely at individuals who access the site from within the United Kingdom . Infusion Oils Ltd makes no representation that any product referred to in the site is appropriate for use, or available, in any other countries. Those who choose to access this site from other countries are responsible for compliance with local laws if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

2. OUR CONTRACT WITH YOU 
Any contract between us, whether for use of the site or in relation to the purchase of products or services through the site will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and both parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

3. SITE CONTENT 
We have taken every reasonable care in the preparation of the content of the site. However we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the site and so cannot guarantee that the information will always be completely up to date and free of errors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Infusion Oils Ltd disclaims all warranties; express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on the site and will accept no liability for any loss or damage arising as a result of problems with access to the site.

Certain hypertext links in this site may lead to other Websites, for instance to Suppliers or sources of further information, which are not under the control of Infusion Oils Ltd. When you activate a link to another site you must be aware that we have no control over their content and will accept no responsibility or liability for any subsequent loss or damage.

Infusion Oils Limited shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage, which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on the site. 
The exclusions of liability set out in these terms and conditions shall not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Infusion Oils Limited or any of its employees or agents.

6. LAW 
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

7. CHANGES TO OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS 
Infusion Oils Limited reserves the right to alter these Terms and Conditions from time to time by posting new terms and conditions on this Website.

8. COPYRIGHT 
Any brand names, product and service names and titles and copyrights used in this site may be trademarks, trade names, service marks or copyrights of their respective holders. No permission is given by Infusion Oils Limited for their use by any person other than such holders and such use may constitute an infringement of the holders' rights. 
All designs, text, graphics and their selection and arrangement on this Website are the copyright of Infusion Oils Limited or its content providers. Permission is granted to users to electronically copy or print portions of this site for their own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use of materials on this site without Infusion Oils Limited prior written consent is prohibited.

9. PAYMENT and DELIVERY 
We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards. Payment will be accepted in Sterling only. We will validate any credit or debit card details you submit to us before your order is accepted. Once that has been done, we will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to the address you provide in your registration/order form. Subject to further validation checks we may choose to make, our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding agreement between us. 
All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. We may also submit your personal and order details to Paypal.co.uk (the provider of our Card Processing facility) and your credit or charge card issuer. We will not be liable for any delays to your order this may cause. This information may be retained by Paypal.co.uk for future validation enquires by other companies. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. Orders can only be delivered to UK addresses. Transactions will show on your statement as payments to INfUSION Oils Ltd. 
If you do not want to make card payments via the internet you may order and pay for goods over the telephone by calling 01789 774715. Alternatively, you may post your order to the address below. Please make your cheque/P.O. payable to Infusion Oils Ltd. 
Deliveries are undertaken to the UK mainland only - please contact us for a price if you want delivery to any other destination. We try to despatch your goods the same or next working day, either by recorded 1st class Royal Mail or 48 hour courier(depending on the weight of the items).. A signature will be required on receipt of your order. This means that you should receive the goods 2 - 4 working days after placing your order. We accept all orders for products and services subject to availability. If your order cannot be fulfilled you may be offered an alternative product, partial shipment or cancellation of the entire order, at your choice. 
You should check your order as soon as it is delivered and you must inform us of any errors or damage within 48 hours of receipt.
Delivery is guaranteed to your billing/home address only. If you specify a different delivery address, for example your place of work, you do so at your own risk.

10. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY 
We want you to feel confident about shopping with Infusion Oils Limited. If you have a problem, or are unhappy with your purchase, then we will do our best to put the matter right.

You can return any product within 7 days of receipt of your order as long as the container or box is unopened and the item is returned in good, resalable condition. All we ask is that you tell us why you are dissatisfied so that we can make any necessary changes to avoid future dissatisfaction. 
If the goods are faulty or do not comply with the contract between us, we'll also refund the cost of your return postage; otherwise we do not pay the postage costs associated with returning an order. This does not affect your statutory rights - the Distance Selling Regulations allow you to return any order for a full refund within 7 days of receiving them. You must look after the goods and return them to us unopened and in good condition.

If items are returned to us because they could not be delivered we will try to contact you to arrange re-delivery. If this is not possible we will refund the value of your purchase, less a 20% re-stocking charge.

11. PRICES 
Infusion Oils Ltd has taken great care to ensure prices are accurate. All prices are in Sterling. Promotions and prices you see in Infusion Oils Ltd advertising and marketing material may not apply to the Infusion Oils Limited online store, and vice versa .

12. LIMITATIONS TO INFORMATION GIVEN 
Infusion Oils Limited may provide general information on nutrition related topics, but does not purport to contain comprehensive information about any disease, deficiency or medical condition. Information provided on this website should not be construed as medical advice. Customers and users of the site are advised at all times to consult a qualified medical practitioner if they have any health concerns. 

13. PRIVACY & SECURITY POLICY 
You are welcome to browse our site without revealing any information about yourself. 
The information that we gather when you make a purchase is solely for the purpose of executing your instructions and will not be revealed to any other persons or organisations. 
If you pay for goods via our secure internet payment service, provided by Paypal.co.uk, we do not see your full credit/debit card details. 
Occasionally, we may want to inform you of warehouse downtimes, new products, special offers etc. If you do not wish to receive this information, just let us know by using the "Contact" page or clicking on the “Unsubscribe” link provided on the newsletters.

14. IMPORTANT HEALTH NOTE The products we supply may have been processed or packed in food premises that also handle seeds or nuts.
